Terms of Use and Donations on the Amlaniya Website

Welcome to the website of the Amlaniya Association (hereinafter: "the Association").
Use of the website and making donations through it are subject to the following terms. Making a donation on the website constitutes full agreement to these terms.

 

1. Nature of Donations:

Donations on the website are intended solely to support the Association’s objectives.

• Donations are made online via credit card or another payment method as presented on the website.

• A donation may be one-time or recurring (monthly), according to the donor’s choice at the time of donation.

 

2. Cancellation of a Donation:

A donation can be canceled within 14 days from the date it was made by contacting the Association in writing (email or phone), subject to the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

• A refund will be made through the payment method used for the donation.

• For recurring (monthly) donations, future charges may be stopped at any time by contacting the Association in writing.

 

3. Privacy and Protection of Personal Information:

The Association undertakes to protect the privacy of donors in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.

• Personal details are collected when making a donation – name, address, telephone number, and email.

• The information is used to process the donation, issue receipts, provide activity updates, and send newsletters (subject to consent).

• Information may be shared only with essential service providers (such as payment processing and secure storage services).

• Reasonable security measures are taken to protect the information, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

4. General Terms:

Donations on the website are allowed only for individuals aged 18 and over.

• The Association reserves the right to change and update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon their publication on the website.
